Cathy Adolph is a Wholist wellness coach and  my personal physical trainer. She has a degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition, but she is also a Registered Dietitian, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a USA Track & Field Coach.Cathy is an expert at combining movement therapy, nutrition counseling and personal goal setting for her clients.

Today we dig into the benefits of regular exercise.
