Dr. Michelle Quirk is a certified run coach with the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), a local Girls on the Run coach, and a triathlete. She developed Mindful Marathon to help others see what she’s learned—that running can fundamentally improve our lives. She puts her focus on helping busy professionals discover how they too can embrace running and prioritize their well-being.
