Dr. Josh Davis is an emergency medicine physician resident. He received his MD from Jefferson Medical College and currently works at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine, and is certified in multiple group exercise formats: SCW, Pilates Matwork, Spinning, The Dailey Method, and Les Mills. His goal is to team with clients to help them achieve their health goals and desired results. "Teamwork makes the dream work."
Today, Dr. Davis joins us to discuss group fitness and how you can utilize it to stay fit,get fit, cross train and reach your goals. He digs into the details of how to get the most out of these classes mindfully, professionally, and personally.
